Presets for Beginners does not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased on this website. All sales are final.
Downloading Products
If you create an account on our website, you will be able to download any preset packs you purchase as a ZIP file from the “My Account” page. However, if you do not create an account, you will not be able to download your products after you leave the purchase completion page. It is your responsibility to download and save your products to your device after completing the purchase.
Pricing and Payment
The prices listed on our website do not include tax. Tax will be calculated and added on when the user enters their address in the checkout page. We accept payment through major credit cards and various popular online payment platforms. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
